San Bernardino Classic XI - April 3-5, 2020 - CANCELLED

With the recent news concerning the Coronavirus and out of an abundance of caution, District 57 and the Little League Western Region has made the difficult decision to cancel the 2020 San Bernardino Classic.  The health and safety of our players and their families remains our number one priority. 

District 57 looks forward to hosting the XI San Bernardino Classic in 2021.

This spring marks the 11th year anniversary of the District 57 San Bernardino Classic.

Each year, the teams from District 57 travel to Southern California to play a three day tournament at the Little League Western Regional Complex (LLWRC) in San Bernardino. The LLWRC is the site where the Western Regional Baseball and Softball Tournaments are held each July/August, where the teams that win each respective tournament represent the West at the Little League Baseball & Softball World Series.

Have fun. This is a great experience at the home of the Western Region HQ's & LL Regional tourney

Lodging:

Players and coaches will be housed at the Western Regional Complex for the duration of the tournament.

Parents and families must provide their own housing. The Host Hotel is the Doubletree by Hilton San Bernardino.  A special rate of $125/night is available for families from April 2 - April 6.

Cancellation policy is by 4:00 pm two days prior to arrival or a cancellation fee of one nights room and tax will be charged.   No shows will also be charged one nights room and tax.    

Rooms are on an as available basis,  and must be booked no later than March 13, so book your room early. Once all rooms are booked, the CA57 special rate wlll not be available (standard rate is approx $160/night) .  This rate is not guaranteed if booking through another site or if the group code of LLB is not used when booking.

Little League Day at the Giants  - 2020 Cancelled

The San Francisco Giants are holding three Little League Days at the Giants.

This year's (2020) dates are Sunday April 5, against the Los Angeles Dodgers, Sunday April 26 against the Washington Nationals, and Sunday, May 17, against the Atlanta Braves.

The day's activities include a pregame Q&A with players and coaches,  pregame parade along the warning track before the game, and running the bases after the game (14 and under).

Tickets for these games may be purchased by local Little Leagues and the leagues may then distribute them to their membership.

Little League Day at the A's  - 2020 Cancelled

The Oakland Athletics are once again holding their Little League Day at the A's.

This year's (2020) dates are Saturday April 11 against the New York Yankees (post-game fireworks), Sunday, April 19, against the Seattle Mariners, and Sunday, May 3 against the Tampa Bay Rays .

For the day games, activities include a Pregame Festival in Lot B, a Pregame Parade for players and coaches, and a Special Giveaway Item.

Tickets for these events may be purchased by local Little Leagues and the leagues may then distribute them to their membership.
