District 57 AllStar Tournament Rules

The postseason All Star tournament rules differ slightly from the regular season rules. Here is a summary of the differences.

Each team MUST provide a team binder with Proof of Age and Proof of Residency for each player. For details on proof of age and residency, please see the 2023 D57 Policy Manual for all summer game requirements. These binders MUST be reviewed and signed by the Local League President. Each Local League Tournament Director should also review binders for compliance.
CA57 staff does not and will not certify ANY binder for a D57 Summer Games Tournament team; CA57 staff only certifies official Little League All Star Team binders.
The "Special Games" are hosted to supplement the many fine programs provided by CA District 57 Little Leagues. It is the intent to have all 8 leagues from CA57 fill these tournaments with "A" and "B" level teams. These are a great way to have fun in the summer prior to "fall ball".
The "HOST" League has the option of the age format used - per the approved Little League "Application for Special Games".
Tournament age is the age that the player was during the 2018 season.
Leagues outside of CA57 may only enroll and participate in "A" level/division Summer Games. Teams are also required to get approval from their local District Administrator prior to signing up for any CA57 Summer Games.
The "B" level/division Summer Games are 100% exclusive to CA57 leagues/teams.
